Are the books durable and suitable for children?
Absolutely! Our books are printed on high-quality materials, making them durable and perfect for little hands. They're also designed to withstand the wear and tear of repeated readings.
Can I include more than one child's face in the book?
Currently, our customization process allows for one child per story
How long does it take to receive my personalized book?
Once you place your order, our team works quickly to process it. You can expect to receive your personalized book within 30 days, depending on your location.
What if I'm not satisfied with the final product?
Your satisfaction is paramount to us, but because the book is completely customized to you, we are unable to process returns on personalized books right now.
Are there any restrictions on the photos I can upload?
We recommend using clear, high-resolution, portraits of your child for the best results. Avoid photos with other people, poor lighting, or heavy shadows. Glasses are not yet supported by our face integration technology.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently only ship within the continental United States.
